Corona is the last paper in the cotton/alpha cellulose range. It is harder and more heavily sized than any of the printmaking grades, making it ideal for all type of drawing, whether you are using hard or soft leads, graphite or charcoal or pastels. Its surface is tough enough to withstand pretty savage rubbing out. It is also suitable for most forms of painting. It comes in 2 finishes, smooth or rough. The 310 gsm smooth and the 400 gsm rough are also available in roll form.
